Orange Research designs and manufactures an extensive line of differential pressure and flow monitoring solutions, with rugged and dependable gauges, switches and transmitters. As part of our integrated marketing efforts for Orange Research, Stifel Marcin developed a social media marketing plan meant to help connect the company with its customers, as well as develop additional search engine marketing benefits.

The Social Media Strategy

A series of posts was written to demonstrate key Orange Research brand benefits, with technical explanations, product news and updates regularly posted to Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ channels. Posts were planned for times of maximum customer engagement, as well as scheduled to coincide with holidays, events and other news.

For maximum efficiency, content for social media posts was often repurposed from other marketing initiatives, promoting PR mentions, content marketing pieces, and company videos. Whenever possible, links to the OrangeResearch.com website were incorporated into posts, provided additional search engine optimization benefit, as well as driving customers who clicked on the post into the company’s website sales funnels.
