Industrial Brand Update

Newcomb Spring’s position as one of North America’s largest and most advanced custom metal form manufacturers is supported by their extensive manufacturing capabilities. Stifel Marcin supports the company’s brand, not only throughout all marketing efforts, but also with materials that create consistency and continuity in the Newcomb Spring’s nine facilities located in the U.S.A and Canada.

All Newcomb Spring manufacturing locations offered the unique ability to support customers on-site, with fast prototype development and design assistance, leveraging the speed of CNC forming adjustments as well as the expert support of Newcomb Spring design staff. Stifel Marcin assisted the company in defining this unique and industry-leading capability, creating a brand for this service as well as materials that each plant could use in their facility.

Building Brand Identity

In addition to naming the Kando Tech Center, which incorporated the Newcomb Spring legacy “Kan-do” theme, we developed the capability logo. The identity design featured high-tech, space-age-inspired graphics and a unique font treatment that appeared advanced and streamlined but also had a subtle retro feel that correlated with the nearly 50 year old “Kan-do” theme and long company history.

A full advertising campaign was also developed by Stifel Marcin to introduce the new centers, with PR materials, print and digital ad content and media placements. Additionally, the Stifel Marcin branding design team created printed materials that were used to decorate each Kando Tech Center room.
