B2B Email Campaign

Vogelsang® is a world-leader is wastewater pumping and processing equipment, with a U.S. division that partnered with Stifel Marcin in its promotion of the company’s XRipper® industrial grinder product line. As part our marketing efforts, Stifel Marcin developed booth materials, displays and email marketing communications that promoted the company’s participation in a popular water processing industry trade show.

The Creative Strategy

Stifel Marcin developed a pre-show and post-show email marketing campaign to help drive show traffic and generate leads. With a series of branded designs, each email blast prominently featured the current sales discount promotion and showcased the two main types of inline and in-channel grinders offered by Vogelsang.

With a distribution scheduled based on trade show timing, pre-show emails highlighted daily Vogelsang demonstration schedules and encouraged customers to visit the booth. Post-show mailings provided an opportunity to follow-up with new contacts and leads, as well as highlight some of the show’s events. Materials were written by the Stifel Marcin content marketing team, and tailored based on information received from Vogelsang representatives.

Media & Implementation

Stifel Marcin worked with the Vogelsang to import and distribute the email blasts using the company’s existing CRM system.
