Homes for the Homeless Annual Report

A non-profit organization out of New York City, Homes for the Homeless, was in search of a graphic design agency to create their annual report. Stifel Marcin was tapped to provide design and production, as well as concept, to create a piece that showcased their mission and provided the financial data its donors required.
Using bright colors, children's artwork and a focus on the youth that benefitted from the group's efforts, the annual report highlighted the organization's successes and encouraged contributions from previous donors. Photography helped to connect the reader to the children, within a dynamic piece that served double-duty as an annual report and fundraising brochure.
