The CEA launched its "Keep the Promise" campaign to increase awareness of under-funding of the teachers' pension fund.
The brochure, distributed to teachers, was meant to provide complex statistics and data in an easy-to-read way. A question and answer design utilized strong colors to clearly communicate the details of the CEA's concerns, and photos were incorporated to personalized the piece and draw the reader in.
