Stifel Marcin is a small advertising, marketing and design agency located in Glastonbury, CT. We work with a diverse clientele and are currently undergoing an expansion, and looking for a motivated individual to become part of our team.
Our agency is dedicated to providing exceptional advertising,marketing and design efforts, and the right candidate will understand the importance of quality, attention to detail and exceeding expectations. The ability to communicate clearly, think creatively and work with current staff is imperative. We are looking for a team player who understand we are successful when our clients meet their goals.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the advertising and/or marketing field, agency experience preferred. This position requires someone who is ready to work the full spectrum of account management - from generating new sales contacts and introductory meetings to daily project over-sight and long-term relationship building. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than just manage existing accounts - applicants must be eager to increase our client base, generate sales and bring their existing clients to our group.
Salary for this position is commensurate with experience. Base pay plus commission. Benefits are available.
