August, 2011 - Stifel Marcin Hires Jennifer Sheehan as Web Designer
Stifel Marcin is pleased to welcome Jennifer Sheehan to our team as a full-time web designer. Jenn's responsibilities will include web site design and web coding, as well as search engine optimization (SEO), interactive media, social media marketing and design for mobile devices. Jenn has a great skill set, strong portfolio and demonstrated capabilities and is a great addition to our team. Welcome Jenn!
June, 2011 - Stifel Marcin Updates Branding & Web Site
After 10 years in business we thought it was time to reward ourselves with an updated brand identity. With updated fonts, an incorporated "S" and "M", and an arrow indicating forward movement - our new logo is bold and noticeable while referencing the old logo's black and red cube. Our new branding has been carried throughout our marketing materials, including in this new web site. With an updated portfolio and social marketing tie-ins, we've got lots of new bells and whistles but haven't lost the essence of what makes good communication design. May, 2011 - Stifel Marcin Moves to a New Location In Glastonbury, CT

January 2011 - Stifel Marcin Celebrates 10 Years in Business
Andrew Stifel, founder of Stifel Marcin, is proud to celebrate the start of our tenth year of business. Thanks to the great team of designers, copywriters, programmers and marketing specialists that have helped build our team and our success.
October 20, 2010 - Stifel Marcin expands to a New Location
We've moved our offices to a new location with more space to better serve our clients and meet the needs of our expanding business. We've moved just a few blocks to 329 Main Street, and remain in Portland, CT.
June 25, 2010 - Working for a Greener Environment
As part of Stifel Marcin's efforts to reduce our carbon footprint we have initiated several "green" efforts in our daily operations. From the beginning of 2010 we have reduced our paper usage by 25% by printing less, wasting less and re-using paper for note pads and scrap. With an overall target of reducing paper usage by 50%, as well as other goals to reduce electricity usage and waste, our team is dedicated to becoming a greener place to work. September 24, 2009 - Stifel Marcin Creates New "Mission" Piece for the March of Dime CT-Chapter
Stifel Marcin proudly continues our support of the March of Dimes and recently completed the creation of a new mission piece for the organization. The piece outlines the non-profit group's goals, their work and the great successes they have achieved, including the passage of Public Act 09- 20, An Act Requiring the Administration of a Screening Test for Cystic Fibrosis to Newborn Infants, which was signed into law. Look for the brochure in your doctor's office, at many hospital prenatal/neonatal departments, or even in your mailbox as part of a special invitation from the March of Dimes.
